Gmod 11 and above

Forgive me if this is......noobish, but is there anyway to be able to get Gmod 11 and higher for free? I understand that you need certain serials or keys that are unique to one's individual steam ID. But these days there's a way for everything, I was wondering if there is anyway around this or all Steam games in general since currently Gmod 9 is the latest free one and I'm being cheap by not coughing up the $10
