Consoles with leaked NXE update disable Xbox Live until the 19th

Well if i get banned because microsoft cant keep their **** together then ill sell my xbox and get a brand new one with the 60gig. Or just make my 360 go red ring and call support i still have the warranty on it. Either way i have some back up if i get banned.

Microsoft does not intend people to connect the hard drive to a PC and get the system update. The system update was for the people who got selected. If you get a suspension or ban of some sort for downloading the update early, you will get what you deserved.

Well yeah when you flash your xbox you're running the risk of getting banned from XBL. If they do in fact ban for flashed firmware people will ***** and whine but its their fault.

There is no such thing as an eeprom on a 360.

It's called the NAND. The way they ban your 360 is by your Console ID which is stored in your NAND. You can't change it unless you are able to dump the NAND, decrypt it with your unique CPU key, change the ID, encrypt it with your unique CPU key, and flash it back. That's the only way for you to "unban" your console.

why cant you go to market place, go to all games, scroll to the very bottom and and around there will be things XNA download and XBOX DASHBOARD download, so cant you revert back to the original(as of now).

The dashboard section has odds and ends for the dashboard, not dashboards themselves

Besides, without XBL you cant get on the marketplace
