You guys are a bunch of [insert insult here]
This is a wonderful update.
Don't you wish to play those scratched games that you cannot play anymore... My Gears of War is so messed up it even has a picture of a dinosaur on the disc that my sister drew out of boredness and im scared to buy a new one because it will just get messed up but after this update i wont because i will just buy a new one and install it on my hard drive it now all i need to do is put in the disc and no matter how scracted it is it will still play with faster load time.
What made me roll on the floor laughing is when someone said microsoft fears more kids will play LOL they want kids to play since kids play alot of video games then microsoft will make more profit out of xbox live, MS points, arcade games and so on.
Nothing is really changing except the avatars but come on who gives a ****? Wow they have animated character on the xbox dashboard now deal with it.
Chatting with up to 8 friends is such a relief!!! I always wanted to talk to my friends at the same time.
If you guys fear the new dashboard and more kids playing simply don't update and cancel your xbox live subscription.
What most people care about is the gameplay which is not effected for the worse by the new update, don't come up to me saying you bought your Xbox 360 to look at the dashboard.
It would not matter if they put a huge **** on yor dashboard the game,the features, and the way you play are all you need to have fun.
Btw there wont be any bugs... It's as new as like when the original dashboard came with the xbox 360 when it was released.

). what i am wondering is if MS did some sneaky stuff to put a patch on the DVD drives of the 360. i mean its not likely but at the same time its MS. Theyd do anything to get u banned and stop cheating. i also doubt it because i heard its only supposed to go on the HDD (the dash that is). anyways i think ill just play it safe when the new dash comes out and just undo the hack until someone else with cash flowing out their *** to do it, possibly mess up but eventually find a way to play the burned games again. like i said i doubt MS will mess with the DVD drive but u never know.
