Well it is in UMP but there was no Sign button in UMP so i had to download the whole thing for it to work.

just right click it, go to prefrences and select on 2nd tab:

"run on Windows XP SP 2 mode" and also 2nd thing:

That wont help the comdlg32.ocx error at all. There an installer to get the programs that require this to work.

you may have fixed this one. But think about it. There are other H2 modding programs that i have come accross that need this file.

The end all fix to this error is this.
