turf mod request details inside

okay well i want this on turf
1st. make me run really fast
2nd. put a scarab on it where alot of ppl usallly put it
3rd. make evrybody spawn on top of it
4th. make me have 360 auto aim with the battle rifle with infinite bullets and one shot kills with it with fully automatic and dualwieldable
5th. make evry other weapon just infinite bullets and
and automatic and no overheat and dual wieldable
6th. make the warthogs flyable just by me
7th. make only me invurnable if u cant then forget it
8th. make the shotgun shoot rockets, make the plasma pistol shoot out clones and when its charged make it shoot out flying gauss turrets, make the smg shoot out wraith shots, make the magnum shoot fuel rod cannon bullets, make frags into tank shots and plasma into a wratih shot, make the sniper rifle shoot out rockets and the rocket launcher wat evr u want ,make the brute and regular plasma rifle the scarab gun, make the needler shoot out plasma grenades and make sure they actually go far enought to stick a person, make the carbine shoot tank shots, make the beam rifle shoot watever u think looks good and make the bruteshot normal, make the warthog horn shoot rockets and the turret shoot like a scarab gun(im talking abt the normal warthog)
9th. when u beatdown the floor u go really high
10th. only make me jump really high if u cant forget it
11th. if u can do this put a teleporter on the meidcal bunker tht leads to outside the map anywhere and make it a two way
12th. remove all the invisble barriers so we can get out of the map with no problems
13th. make all projectiles visible
remeber the only two weapons i want to shoot out normal is the battle rifle and the brute shot

oh ya how are you gonna send it to me and can u make it a .map file cause i dont know how to change it
