I respect that people want to limit the types of weapons and items you can use...but I just played a game where they allowed tear gas but not masks. People so rarely use tear gas, and then it's EVERYWHERE! WTF?

Does anyone use tear gas regularly?

i never use tear gas myself but i see it in some games

I tend to use it on their spawn, forcing them to use a Mask so they have one less offensive piece of equipment

That's good thinking.

I don't like how people use "glitched" weapons on certain maps. What I mean is like I don't like how people snipe with the SPAS on like LVU campus or Streets

i don't mind people using it on the spawn....but masks should be available if you're making tear gas available

Lol, Tear Gas hurts my eyes, they go all funny because I have to squint at everything >.<

Since I HATE it when grenades are restricted, I oftentimes have to choose something else, which ends up being tear gas and a mask. The mask is cool, since it goes with the Poison nick anyway. And tear gas is more reliable than flashbangs, IMO.

yes, I do use tear gas, and frequently. I use it to stop people from coming a certain direction, and i've gotten so use to running through it, it does not even affect my ability to shoot anymore.

sometimes when i host i love to restrict masks and not tear gas... You may think its a horrible joke but you have to remember that the other team dosent have masks either! They usally end up using it on thereselves...perfect time to nab the package

theres a gas mask and that other chemical mask, they both do exactly the same thing, is it just for looks or am i missing something?

I hate it when hosts do that, but just turn the table and use it on them too.

I just hate it in general when hosts restrict grenades. They're an essential part of the game and oftentimes the extra element that helps lower skill players keep up with pros. Like a chaos factor to make games more interesting, IMO.

I like using tear gas, but I will not put a gas mask over my ballistic face mask...I refuse to do so.

i restrict thing like tear gas /gps/motion sensors/radar jammer and the XM it just makes a more friendly game and people tend to stop bítching about things

The XM and incindary are the only restrictions i think are reasonable. All else goes. Everyone needs to stop *****ing when they get fragged. It levels the playing field.

Seeing that explosives are usually restricted, having one or two less offensive tools seems ok to me, I use it regularly. I usualyl catch a bunch of people not wearing masks. It works, and I wear thermal when storming through gas. But I do favour it yes!
