Hands Free Boost glitch doesnt work anymore

Hands Free Boost glitch doesnt work anymore
It must have been fixed in an update, but the Hands Free Boost glitch doest work anymore. There isnt an option for Time Between Rounds. I could just be doing it wrong. Does anyone have the poop on this?

You can no longer do it so that everyone gets experience, but as Mike said, if you have someone that is say an elite and doesn't need to rank over night or whenever you leave, have them make a dedicated server and you can still do it.
