I found a way to do it on your own..

Go outside and clear the courtyard immediately outside the door.

Walk up to the phones directly in front of you, this will usually cause them all to spawn and start chasing you.

run through the door on your right, and through another door in front of you.

Hide under the stairs and wait. It is usually best to do this with a shield.

EDIT: If this doesn't work try shooting the phones.
