At 1 point, I had 12 ppl in my match... only needed 4 more to get the achievement

Quite honestly guys, here is how I got the achievement for Master of Ceremonies...

I simply decided to get it one night at 4am, so I joined a 14 player ranked game, and just used simple voice communication to ask everyone if they wanted to do this achievement and / or help out, and sure enough after the round, I created a game, and inviited the guys, kept talking to them and buttering them up, invited previous played with players, got them to invite friends, and got the achievement done in 5-10 minutes. I helped out maybe 3-4 other guys before it all turned to **** and people left, but I did what I could, and overall I spent no more then 30-40 mins on this. In my opinion this is the easiest thing to do. All it takes is simple communication and a little overpowering with your voice to be heard above those players who just like to talk or scream a lot.

@ Inder : thanks for the tip, but I can't talk to any1 in my lobby, while being the host of a 16-player match... because people can't hear me, they soon leave... I tried it the way you explained,,, and didn't work for me perhaps i'll try it again someday
