I had a problem with this achievement, but all i did was delete the new map packs from my hard drive...didn't need to clear me cache.

Yeah, if only it was that easy...I did that about 5 times...I did it also 4 times with the new maps and I did it twice more clearing the cache...So needless to say, this achievement has been eluding me for over a year and a half...!

dang man, sounds like i got lucky...once i deleted the new maps off my hard drive i only had to go through the list halfway before it unlocked!...but if you feel like going for it again and need help let me know!

Well, I haven't given up yet... I will still need a partner...I do not want to do the new maps though...They are boring and it's a pain, because of having to do them for the 5th time, will just make me throw up...! Anyhoo, we'll see in about a week or so till my Elite gets back from da MS shop...

Your gt is the same...?

Have tried every method on this thread and no joy
have heard that if u download ur gt to a console thats never had rainbow on and play the 57 maps it works has anyone else tried this

That won't work...It's gotta be a new HD rather than a new or different console...The console stores nothing, the mem is your HD...If what I will be trying doesn't work than I am going to invest in another HD and send move my profile to the new HD and try it then...Believe me I have tried every which way, except the new HD...

Hope it works for you all...Don't forget to post if it works for ya...:unsure:

Yeah Buckshot, Myself and Phantom arnt having luck with it either -- its annoying for me because its the last achievement for me on R6V

This has got to be the hardest achievement ever to get. I own two consoles so decided to see if I could get this achievement playing with both. They both have the new maps downloaded. So first time we played every map no achievement on either console. Second time tried the method posted here on one of the consoles and deleted the maps and cleared cache. Third time played a few maps and the console that still has the map packs in got the achievement. Even when we finished playing all maps third time the achievement still did not unlock on the console without the map packs.
To make things worse I have just finished following the first post word for word and still nothing.
I'm not going to try again 4 times is enough it seems to my the achievement just randomly unlocks with or without maps.
Also I think xbox live stores your rank and stuff so maybe this is where the glitch is. I tried to remove all the vagas saves from my hard drive and still every time I go to xbox live I'm still an elite wearing the same Como.

Sorry this isn't working out for everyone, as I've shared this trick with more and more people it now seems it only seems to work for about half people, the other half, well I guess you're just SOL because I have no idea what else to do.

I guess when Phant0m Legened gets his xbox back I'll have a few more tricks to try, but until then don't know what to say.
