Any and All Help for Rainbow Six Legend

So I just got the Veteran and Elite Hunter achievements last week and now I think I may have what it takes to try the realistic story mode (after all, beating all the T-Hunt missions on realistic by yourself is no small feat..). Before I begin I wanted to know from you guys if you had any tips or anything that would help this hellish experience be any better. I've gone through the campaign once on Normal and I've deleted that game save from my hard drive just in case it were to screw up. But anyway all help is appreciated.

The story on realistic is a joke fest and I mean JOKE FEAST. Oh, and I use AK-47 w/ 6x Scope and Shield for the hairy times. Just go through and play it. When you get stuck on a part, you tell me and I tell you how to do it since I pooooooooop on the story.

Just use your team as much as possible since you can heal them. Shield past the parts where there is heavy fire. Your teammates will finish realistic mode for you...just make sure to put them in a place with a lot of cover.

Yah, currently working on this myself, I find using the shield on the harder areas makes this a WHOLE lot simpler. Take advantage of your team, its essential for this achievement.

The only thing your team does is die easier in realistic. BUT you can use them for one thing. If you aren't sure where someone is shooting at you from. Point in there general direction and press the back button until it highlights them with a little red thingy over there head. Usually your team will pwn that foo like right away. (And I don't mean when you in snake cam, you can do it whenever.)

it sucks my game messes up around the end of dantes so i can't even play the story anymore

Realistic is a challenge but if you keep trying with a shield and assault rifle you aew good with and send your team in first and eventually you will get the story done.

What a great tip! I never knew you could do that outside of snake cam mode.

Some bits are very tedious, some are easy, good luck either way.

If you lose your game data will it still let you select the levels i got to the dam on realistic and my xbox died so i got an elite and the save wasent on my gamertag like cod4 story

Awesome. Yesterday I finished story mode on realistic. And guess what? I didn't get the achievement. THEN I read up on that glitch that resets your game to normal difficulty, which is a joke already. BUT my game never did reset! I never had the red crosshair, had fewer grenades and ammunition throughout the game and the terrorists were hard as hell (I played on normal before).
So I'm stuck with playing through it AGAIN. Which annoys me to no end.

Yeah it didnt really registerfor me either eh. But I just started again. Which is stellar. I am only on trainyard. but whatever. I have played through this story probably 4-5 times already, I like it alot. Its classic. I just hope it works

not sure if this helps, but i read where the best way to do this is through tht scene selection (must have played through the level once on any difficulty). just make sure and completely finish EACH scene on realistic. NEVER USE LOAD LAST CHECKPOINT. always come back to the game by starting the NEXT scene on veteran.
