Is it possible for other players to lag a room out?

The reason I ask is that I was playing online all day in the same room with my clan and other random players that joined with no real problems. We then had a clan match and I have never seen anything like it. When we hosted the other team were jumping all over the place and it took 2 full clips to kill them. Then when they hosted they were still jumping about and a couple of times I lagged so bad I could not throw a grenade. When the match ended we were still on our server so when the other team left in came the rest of our clan. We played a few games and guess what no lag played fine again.
Was the other team causing the lag?
Is that possible?
We had green ping all the way through every round so what was going on?

yes it is very possible i have done it if you have a lag switch you can lag ppl and you can jump around they cant kill you but you can kill them fun for lvling up fun for makeing ppl mad

yes u can it happened to me yesterday and I told the guy to to fckn with his router and lagswitch he told me to stop fck with my mom LOL so I told him off real bad
