I think Vegas 2 is great, AI is smarter, Terrorist hunts are harder, graphics are better (not COD4 but graphics is not what makes the game fun) Im enjoying it. But if your not a rainbow fan, you might not like it

Similar AI problems as the original but still a whole lot of fun thus far. I really like the new reward system they've implemented for Campaign as well. Oh, plus I got that "bonus" or whatever for getting Elite in the original game even though I technically never did so [I glitched up to it, but then reset my character]. So far so good, but I honestly wasn't expecting anything groundbreaking; just sort of an extension of the original.

Remember, it's a Tactical Shooter, not just a FPS.

Most realistic weapon firing/charachteristics of any shooter, including "real" damage.

Only drawback, IMO, is the multiplayer setup/game configuration; including party invite(s) and continual gaming (for those of us who like to play in the same party, atleast MOST of the time).

Just my two cents... ... ...

I agree 100%. I remember there being problems in the first game with points boosting etc so I'm sure this among other things was the main reason they changed it. Hopefully some of the online multiplayer issues will be worked out because unless I host a room I rarely find one with a green connection. Also I am already tired of waiting twenty minutes to get into a game that usually lasts a couple of minutes. I love RSV style of play, but I have to say besides T-hunt, and co-op story, online is a joke.

Sorry for posting again, just wanted to throw my other 2-cents into the mix... just in case any of you missed it in the other thread.

I could not have said it better... This isn't a FPS, its a Tactical Shooter. Now, just because you can't run throughout the map throwing frags' and knifing people, doesn't mean it isn't a good game...

I love COD4. Absolutely 100% in love with, until the day I die. I think its the most fun I have ever had playing a video game (campaign & multi-player). However, this game is everything that COD4 isn't... a Realistic Strategic Tactical Shooter.

Now, I realize that, this is my opinion, but I get sick of runnin' and gunnin' all the time, getting killed by random frags thrown over buildings and all the way across maps, CAMPING, etc... ... ... R6V2 is such a welcomed change of pace for me.

I can't deny the graphics aren't the best or equal to COD4, but, ITS NOT COD4!!!!! I repeat, its not COD4!!!!! The continual comparissons between "XYZ Game" and COD4, and "ABC Game" with COD4, and this game and that game against COD4...

For anyone who was even contemplating buying this game, please do so, its worth it. Now, if people on here have convinced you other wise not to even play the game because they are calling it terrible and not worth your money, AND you believe them, then I feel bad for you. I don't want to see some of you buy it and feel like "Oh, that dude Jaspers and ******* for telling me to buy this game, its beat etc etc... Even so, if thats you, and your skeptical, at the very least rent it.

This game is a def. buy. The ppl that dont like it are retarded. And yea, it's funny how ppl compare it to COD4 when their two totally different games. If you wanna play a halo type game where you run around knifing and throwing random grenades and you're not intelligent enough to play RSV2 that has strategy, then stay on Call of Duty or Halo

RSV2 is a def. buy though, one of the best games that's out for the 360 or PS3 right now.

Just dont listen to the ppl that say it suck or crap like that, they dont know what their talking about.

i like both the vegas games and tbh im not sure which i prefer

i prefer certain aspects of the second:
sprint, shoot through cover, rank up on and offline, ACES making for quicker ranking up

and i prefer certain things about the first:
ummmmmm...................well im sure there is something i just cant think of it at this moment in time
