R6V2 Modding Tools?

Im trying to find a modding tool for Rainbow six 2 that doesnt require me to donate 10 dollars to game-tuts for vip on modio. Im NOT going to crack modio cause that screws up a lot of things. Any1 got a suggestion?

iv got a cracked version of modio. Didnt mess up anything, but all you can do on it is unlock all weapons I think.

so do i, but my modio keeps showing up with a windows error message every time I try to open it. and I cant sign in, look at news, or any feature. its really ****ing frustrating to me. any ideas?

oops! im retawted, i didnt realize i hadnt installed .NET framework 3.5. haha! thanks
