Problem with custom face

Whenever i try to make a custom face it always says the side view is invalid any help??

i think you have to have your nose ear chin and forehead in clear view and maybe your eye

alright i thought it just had to be your nose. i'll try it again and see if i have any problems. My Fro was blocking my ears
