team leader is the easiest way to get xp fast!
when playing fairly and evenly e.g. not a team of elites vs sargeants!
if you win you should get 120-180xp if you win with no kills.
you could get a group of friends to play to get xp faster but not to let each other kill you by just standing there. you get more xp for killing at longrange 20-25xp, C4 20-30xp, and from behind 10-20xp.
