![]() | How to reset your rank. Simple guide that will teach you how to do the rank reset glitch on R6V2! This can be useful for the following 1.) You want your PFC Achievement and your a low enough rank not to care about restarting, or your a high rank but cannot wait for the patch haha! 2.) If your Officer or Elite Achievement did not unlock because your 360 froze before the Achievement popped up! I have been seeing a lot of posts on Ubisoft and IGN about this happening to people. 3.) Learning how the glitch works so that you NEVER make the mistake of accidently doing it like a lot of people have done! Including me Anyway, this is how you do it.... 1.) Start up your 360 but do not sign into any accounts! 2.) Load up R6V2 3.) Press start at the main menu 4.) Now the Character creation screen will pop up with a message saying you will not being able to save because your not signed in, press A and then B to cancel back to main menu. 5.) Press your guide button and sign in on your desired account and as soon as it has signed in, press the Xbox guide button to close the dashboard and then press start real fast! 6.) This will take you back to the character creation screen with the same message about not being able to save. The only difference is, your signed in on your account! Then all you have to do is select your gender, face options and hit accept! Bravo, you have just reset your rank! Hope this helps a thew people. ![]() | Useful to know but there used to be a much easier way for the original. It was on one of the screens having to do with your character [maybe where you could check your XP progress] and you had to hold both triggers, then the option for A would be set to "Reset Character". I'll look around a bit to see if theres still some version of that in this one.

![]() | Ubisoft is supposedly releasing a patch to fix that Private First Class achievement glitch, where if you reached Elite in the original, you automatically skip that rank. And by skipping that rank, you don't unlock the achievement.
