Easy Rank/ EXP Glitch

Want to earn fast exp? want to rank easily in Rainbow Six Vegas 2? Heres How!

First off all Credit goes to the AoG clan for finding this glitch

What you need:
2 light machine guns (I recommend adding on a recoil control stock)
C4
and time (LOTS OF IT)

Tutorial:
Now this is not the fastest way to rank but it is a steady gaining or exp, and if you do it on realistic, you can get your A.C.E.S. all the way up in no time at all.

Heres what you do.

Start Act 1 Scene 2 on any difficulty, then get to the end where you have to defuse the bomb. Either start with 2 LMG's or after you get to the defusing part go back to the beginning of Scene 2 and get them in the Equipment box. First off kill the 2 guys standing next to the pillars. Then BEFORE you tell your guys to defuse go to the greenish vents behind the bomb where the 2 machine gunners are and throw a c4 on them. Tell your guys to disarm the bomb, and when he starts walking towards the bomb blow the C4. You should get kill by explosives +2. Then turn around and look up above the entrance at the Mounted Machine gun and kill the guy on it, then have a blast because they constantly respawn and keep coming to the Mounted Machine Gun, Now I recommend the MG36 because it reloads extremely fast for a LMG and you need that. For me when it got kind of laggy I stood under the machine gunner and waited for about 20 seconds and all the bodies disappeared, and I resumed. although BE WARNED, sometimes he sits there like an idiot and does nothing, other times he will look down and shoot your guy disarming the bomb. Be careful because if he does it will trigger the rest of the level.

Ah, nicely explained Saiyan. Added some things that I forgot to even. +1 o.o And the lag thing, If you go on the corner to the left of the turret by the computers. And keep shooting, the lag will be there, but you WONT lag out. So just deal with it if you want a perfect run. Keep in mind that, that is ONLY WITH HOST!!!! The rest of the glitch will work in Co-op campaign, but not the corner thing.

really good tip: Use a desert eagle, 1 shot kill to the head, 10 round clip, UNLIMITED AMMO.

Another little trick, ONLY FOR HOST, go into that little corner (like stated above, to the far back right behind what looks like a server) and shoot until you run out of ammo, then when you go to reload lean back in and look to the right, so you see the wall with flashing lights. About halfway through the reload ALL THE BODIES WILL DISAPPEAR, and you will be lag free until they pile up again. Found by me.

Cheers for posting the above, works like a treat. I just wanted to add something to it though.

Someone mentioned going to the 'Server' on the left, well.. if you hide behind it, then call your other team mate over to you, you can actually hide behind the box and do nothing, he will kill them you for you. Ok so you only get 5xp per kill, but it does mean you can leave your xbox on over night or when you are not there. If you face the opposite way, bodies don't pile up either, so no lag.

On the other hand, if you 'Tag' the guy on the gun, you'll get 10xp per kill and you won't need to use any ammo.

Another little tip, I was playing with saiyan, when you get REAL laggy *for sure works off host* spin around in the corner and look at the ground while spinning, pretty soon all the bodies will go away

Can you confirm that this works? This would be a good method for when the wife wants to use the TV.

Masta are you play with a coop parter? when you say you get 10,000 xp and run out of ammo...

If so could you take turns running back to the supply box to refill, or if single player could you have ur AI guy take over so you could go get the refill of ammo. Sorry for asking so many questions but I'm at work and startting to make out my battle plan for tonight...

I've been messing around with this since it was posted, I've been using my Glock 18 to kill the turret dude, fast rate of fire, and fast reload time, and infinite ammo. Just tossing that out there =)

I got this too work but it was lagging real bad i wonder if i tape my right trigger and leave it there will it do it the whole night or will the lag be to much.
