Putting movies on your PSP

ok, i havea question, the directory, File/MP_ROOT/100MNV01, does not show up when i open up my psp stuff

Ok, I reformatted my memory stick and now it has the icons, but when i put my file into that folder, they still do not show up under the video tab

Is this converter really really slow, because i started the conversion about 15 minutes ago and it is still at 0%?

Movie conversion can only run as fast as your PC can facilitate. A beefier High-End PC converts faster then what a basic PC would. I can't say how fast it is exactly but from experience on multiple other conversion utilities, I found Nero recode 2, to be the best.
