This is a discussion about WarPSP - Wifi sniffer w. GPS integration within the PSP News section, where you will Get the latest news on the Sony PSP.; Just found this badas$ app for wardriving with your PSP. Basically, it's a wi-fi sniffer. WarPSP - Wifi sniffer w. GPS integration

Just found this badas$ app for wardriving with your PSP.

Basically, it's a wi-fi sniffer. It searches for wireless networks, and dumps the SSID's to a log file as it finds open connections.

"So what?", you ask.

Well...the sweet part about this software is that it features GPS integration. Basically, you hook a GPS unit up to your PSP, and travel around your neighborhood. The program constantly scans for open networks. When it finds one at maximum capacity, it logs your global position and the network information to a file, which can then be displayed in the mapping program MapThis.

Think about it...a map of your neighborhood, and every vulnerable network in it. I call it a hacker's wet dream.

Get it here.
