Easy 3.03 OE-C Updater

For people who don't want to go through all the trouble of making files, moving files, downloading, and probably screwing up, here is a easy(Almost noob-proof) way.

Ok, first, download this:

To install you need to be on 1.50, 2.71 SE, any of the OE firmwares.

Then connet your PSP to your computer using the USB cord.

Now run the program and follow the steps.


And you should be done!

How do i know if i have 2.71 SE mine just says 2.71?

well if you check your firmware it will say 2.71 SE

if it is not se it will say 2.71
