This is a discussion about Run Umd Beta. Great program within the PSP Homebrews section, where you will Find homebrews for your PSP.; Here is a nice little program for you people wanting to play 2.0+ FW games on a 1.5 FW. This method is way easyer then my tut but has only been tested on some games.

Run Umd Beta. Great program

Here is a nice little program for you people wanting to play 2.0+ FW games on a 1.5 FW. This method is way easyer then my tut but has only been tested on some games. Note that this is a beta and it is still experimental. It should get way better in a month or two. I have download it and ran it. I didn't have an umd to try it with but it didn't brick my psp so you should be fine. Just install it like all homebew. Note that this doesn't need an ISO file to run. It runs strait of the umd. . It is vairifyed that GTA works on it and 10 other games I cant remember right now. almost all of the game are spose to work on it also. There are just a couple that are varifyed.
Here is the link to it. There is also a little tut for it

If you go to there site you can find the whole list of tested games that work with it.
-----edit----
there are some funny stuff in it. Like on some games there will be no sound, In otheres you will have isusses with saving. But its still great progress. The plan to fix this in there next version, and in the one after that they say that they will have it compatible with almost all of the games out there.
