Its a beta only made for firmware 1.5 the program is pretty self explainitory
you won't find this anywhere yet, it worked for me. Auto-Installs apps, emulators, and other cool stuff

how do you mod a psp is it like a softmod type deal or do you need it chipped?

Its not modding its hacking, YES there is a differance. Anyway all you need is a Fanjitas eLoader to run homebrew, and a good sized memory card, no chips, or softmodding envolved.

same thing you can do with a modded xbox. play backed up games/pirated, emulators and use apps like media centers,

Also just to update. I have one psp with 1.5 FW and one that is acually chiped. It was a beta test product. It is awsome but I hear that whoever I got it from isn't making more untill some things are worked out. It tottally elimantes all of the firmware problem. runs every game I put in and every thing. even has the offical psp browser.
