here is a offline cheating website that i found for the psp . i hav allready tested this on my psp and it works jus fine.

INSTALLATION: this is real easy to install so im sure you wont mess up

Download

1. Connect your psp to your computer and go into USB mode

2. extract the folder called cheat guru mania to MP_Root

3. Open your web browser and on the address bar type in file:/mp_root/cgmania/index.html
(you may want to save this to your bookmarks so you don't hav to type this in every time)
note: you will not need an internet connection for this
