no thats not a sign of being bricked that just means that your mem stick was corrupt
honeslty no adays the only way you can screw up is if you like turn your psp off when its doing something

their are two kinds of bricks a full and a partial

a partial brick means that you can get to your recovory menu but not the regular dashboard (only on modded PSPs)

and a full brick is when you turn you psp on it goes to a blue screen with white letters im multiple lanugeages

(if you ever used a pandoras batter you know what the full brick screen looks like because you get it every time you use it how ever when you pandoras batter you just need to hit "o" and it will go back to normal)

Bricking happens when you mess with the built-in flash memory by trying to mod the firmware. The Pandora's Battery will restore the firmware so it would no longer be bricked if it was.

rumproast789 is on a distinguished road
make sure whatever you install has been tested first, dont run any programs that look weird
dont mess with the flash #'s to much, everytime you install a theme, and want to change it, replace everything with original first
dunno if this links allowed, i dont know why it shouldnt be tho,
A POOR MAN'S PANDORA BATTERY
Code:
http://www.psp-hacks.com/2007/12/30/a-poor-mans-pandora-battery/
havent tried it but if you dont want to spend money i would try this out.
Make sure before you make the battery, have the files you need to make it a usuable regular psp and batery on the memory stick

post or pm me for any help
