| 7S Enthusiast | I followed Hexitnow from afterdawn forums because no one is helping me here. Sadly my 3.03OE-C isn't a high enough FW for the ISOs I want to play. I'm at a friends house trying to get this done! I'm back at 1.5 FW now, I want to upgrade to 3.52 M33 CFW and I have the win-installer: 1. Do I have to copy the patcher and run it b4 I attempt to run the 3.52 M33 CFW creator? 2. Would it be better to upgrade back to 3.03OE-C CFW and then upgrade to 3.52 M33 CFW? Basically I need a guide that tells me how to use the 3.52 M33 Win-Installer when on a 1.5 FW or 3.03OE-C CFW PSP. 3. Can you still downgrade back to 1.5 FW on 3.52 M33 CFW? 4. How do I update the 3.52 M33 CFW when I get it and where are the updates for it? Please help, thanks a million, all help is greatly appreciated. |

| Email NOT Verified | 1. Since your on 1.50 yes. 2. Go straight from 1.50 to 3.52 M33. 3. Yes, you can. 4. Updates are copied to the psp/game or psp/game150 folder and u can find them at psp-hacks.com and here also. In the modding section there is my 3.52 M33 winstaller and also the M33-4 update. |

| 7S Enthusiast | Okay, just watched a vid on youtube to see some1 update, I'm going to do that. Is it safe to format my memory stick after all of this is over? |
| | |
| | #11 |
| Email NOT Verified | Yeah Its Safe |
| | |

| Email NOT Verified | it would be a good idea to format the memory stick anyhow because it creates all the necessary folders for ISO's, Music, Pics, Vids. stuff like that. |

| 7S Enthusiast | What does it mean when an ISO has 2 parts? Shouldn't I make all of my ISOs CSOs? |
| | |
| | #14 |
| Email NOT Verified | CSO are just compressed ISO's. IT does save space but for some games it will lag. When ISO's have two parts it's usually because the person who created it was trying to achieve a better compression ratio. U can use winrar to extract the ISO from the multiple parts. |

| Email NOT Verified | When It Has Two Parts Well It Could mean its Split And ,Yeah U Should Convert them to CSO's To Save More Space On Your Memory Card |

| 7S Enthusiast | So now I am on 3.52 M33-4 CFW! Writing two CSOs and one ISO to the ISO folder, hope they work |

| Email NOT Verified | there should be no reason why they wont, unless theyre bad rips. remember u do need a umd in unless u are going to use a no-umd option. |

| 7S Enthusiast | Ack, I forgot, do have to go to recovery and change the homebrew kernel? |
| | |
| | #19 |
| Email NOT Verified | u dont have to but i like to have my kernel set to 1.50 so i can use the GAME folder for homebrew. if u leave the kernel at 3.52 then homebrew would go into the GAME150 folder. Last edited by hexitnow; 08-31-2007 at 09:53 PM. |
