Buy or Make?

Ok well, with a lil background. I bought a pandora "Tool" kit off of 123psppandorabattery.com, and, so far they screwed me. So im thinking of getting my money refunded, and buying a normal battery and memory stick to make it myself (even though im a noob and'll prolly **** it up.)
But, there are also many sites to buy premade ones from (safer for me) What should i do?, thanks in advance (btw, im modding a psp-1001)

first do you have a modded psp? if so then you can make your own, or you could buy one i bought a tool battery from code junkies and it works perfect

I have an unmodded one, im trying to mod. I think im gonna hardmod the battery, and hopefully not blow my psp up, but if it doesnt work ill try code junkies. Now, do you know what program is the best for making the mms?

i used easy magic memory stick maker. also hard modded batteries dont work on 1001 only 2002(slims)
