PSP Help

I just installed CFW v3.71 M33 on my PSP Slim and tried to put some emulators on it (that I got from psp-hacks), but most of the emulators don't work and just give me the error message, "The game could not be started. (8002014C)". I went into Recovery Mode and made sure the Game folder homebrew was set to the 1.50 kernel. I googled a bunch of stuff but couldn't find an answer. Could someone help me fix this?
