PS1/PS2 Burning

I've been trying to find PS1/PS2 games that I can burn that will playback on my PS3. Specifically, I've been looking for Twisted Metal 2. Is there any tutorial that people use to get this accomplished? Any general advice? I have tons of blank media (CDRs, DVD5s, DVD9s). I feel this should be pretty easy.
