I just got this laptop about a week ago and I love it so much. I got it for college so I can bring it to class but when I'm at the dorm I was wondering if maybe I can get a Titan graphics card for it and externally plug it in? Is that a real thing? Is it possible to just plug a different graphics card in and then remove it and be mobile again or is it far more complicated than that?

First off, definitely do not buy that Titan.

Secondly, yes, you can use an external enclosure and attach a GPU to your laptop, but you need a Thunderbolt port on your laptop. I don't think the one you linked has one.

This laptop actually does have a USB type C port.

I never claimed that it didn't. However, I believe he still needs a Thunderbolt port for external graphics.
