Theres no one that can actually help you get unbanned.
The only way is to wright to SEGA/Sonic Team, and let them hear your story. If your completely innocent then they might unban you, but it would take a REALLY long time to get a response (SEAGA's super effing slow).
I would just start a new Character If I where you (if you haven't already). Leveling up these days is extremely easy, especially with the arrival of the alleged "second part of MAG". Unless you had like 250mil and 7 P-wands, I wouldn't even be bothered about getting banned.
