How to mod the strength of guns in Borderlands

the tutorial works fine. but how do you make custom weapons or bluish weapons which has damage options like 120 x 7
if anyone has a save with rare very high damage weapons please care to share :/

im still working on it but so far the strong gun ive made is a level 40 repeater that has 100 x 3 damage, 55 accuracy, 28.3 firerate, 18 clip, and 10000% burst fire rate.

Well each Save.sav file contains a file named SaveGame.sav. Now, the file table lists every file that is the container file. It notes the name, size, cluster, and other things. So if you change the size of the file, you must also change the size in the file table.

Drag the gamesave in to Modio and select "File Contents" and then just right click the "SaveGame.sav" and extract it then you can check the size of it.

Hey everybody. found some info that ya'll might find useful... or at least interesting.

The average level of the weapons rarity has a pattern:
00 W lv 5
01 G lv 15
02 B lv 25
03 P lv 35
04 Y lv 45
05 MAX lv 48

maybe there's something in the code that shows this pattern and then we can change the weapon to a specific level.
