Battlefield:Bad Company(360) Hints and Tricks

1. To throw a First Aid Box or a Land Mine(Best with First Aid Boxes), hit RIGHT TRIGGER then (after like 1/4 sec.) JUMP.

2. If you're going to shoot out of a window, knife the glass to be safe. (increases damage by a little[compared to shooting with glass]}(also to [TRY] to prevent accident grenades LOL).

3. If you are the "LAST MAN STANDING", and you are really far from a spawn point, GO hide somewhere with some space behind your back(so they can spawn), and be prepared to hear something move behind you(a squad member duh). [COMMON] lol

4. The "Gold Edition" is the exact same game but you pay $10.00 more for five weapons(and a cool looking disk and box :biggrin: [on bf:Veterans you can get a "free game" by clicking that you have gold edition][its a glitch]). You get the five weapons by getting to Rank 25(5-star general), which i accomplished in 2 weeks.

5. The servers are laggy, but if you just go along with what is happening on your screen, ninety-percent of the time it did happen(all of the glitches are'nt fixable).[confusing grammer i know]

6. The weakest part of the 120mm Tanks(i dont know if this works for the 30mm's): USA-between the turret(the biggest one) and the main body, Russian and all Middle-Eastern Teams-back of the tank(the gas tank).

7. In HARD MODE(online),the following conditions are different according to my knowledge(i think this only applies to 5-Star Generals so playing with lower ranked people will be fairer because you play with the lower-ranked servers): Bullet Damage is decreased(by a little), Land Mines do less damage if they are upside down(and the land mines do less damage overall), Your Squad will usually consist of lower-ranked people

, and what-ever you expect to be harder---> it is.

8. If you are a Mechanic, *PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR MINI-MAP* so you can heal or repair people{(s) vehicles} this will: (1) save you from being shot[people trying to get your attention so they can get a medic box],(2) you get 10 points so you DO get something out of it{as well as making your team stronger}.

9. To Jump just that little bit higher: JUMP and SPRINT at the same time(A and Click LEFT STICK). This helps a lot every game for me. But dont over-use it if you want EA to keep it in(I'm serious).

Best places to use this: (on HARVEST DAY, beside the main TOW Missle and a rock on a hill), (Getting away from enemy fire[again dont over-use]), (Jumping on to hard to reach places)[ie. the front of the USA 120mm Tank, ect. look for secret places, they're everwhere:biggrin: like the Destroyed Fuel Tanks on Final Ignition-> i got a lot of attention when i did this once])

10. On Final Ignition, if you are Defending, blow up all of the Oil Containers within 10 seconds of the game starting. This is almost guarenteed with a kill or hurting someone.

11. Stay away from Exploding Barrels(or any barrels because some barrels that look innocent still explode lol) and usually making the barrels explode unlocks a "hidden passage" like on Deconstruction, shooting a barrel makes it explode and bends a piece of concrete so you can be sneaky (on Defenders side).

12. I found out two days ago that shooting a tracer dart(red blinky thing you have when you are a specialist) onto an enemy DOES show up like you locked onto a vehicle. For example, it looks like just a moving lock on square on your map and it moves

. !! pretty funny huh. so if you are about to die by someone, make sure he dies by sticking him with a tracer dart lol

13. I found out today (august 8) that when your person is really laggy[scope problems, reloading problems, ect.] it actually means that you have a really good connection to the server.

14. The download for the new CONQUEST game mode can be found in the Marketplace for BF: Bad Company. I thought it was in the update lol- so did everyone else i asked.
