Some people who shared tokens have received 24-hour bans, but the "mass bannings" of over 10,000 people are NOT linked to the beta. Q. I used the second profile glitch to get into the beta. What will happen to me? A. Since profile sharing is agains the Xbox Live Terms of Service, sometimes we ban consoles that have violated the ToS. If you have profile glitched your way into the beta, you do stand a chance at getting your console banned. Q. If I used my friends token to get into the beta, will my console be banned? A. No, but you may receive a 24-hour ban Xbox Live Bans and you - Xbox Live's Major Nelson  | ||||||
