Anyway I'd go with Viva Pinata for the game with the most random and generally not there plot amongst the retail games I've played.

stupidiest thing was certainly pacman, i hate that game. Boring as hell, and you can never win the entire game. And also snake is a dumb game. Pong is cool, but Beer pong is the best

Dig dug was pretty terrible, but so was Mappy. Pretty much all old Namco had sh*t plots. The games weren't super bad(at least I liked Galaga)

IMO the Turok series has a horrible plot...blasting dinosaurs is fun, don't get me wrong, but I still, to this day, do not know what the plot for that game was.
