| 10,000 points in 30 hours! OK, so i was reading threw an old OXM (Official Xbox Magazine) and i found an article on how to boost your gamerscore by 10,000 points in 30 hours. Im just gonna paraphrase what it says so you can get the jist of it and i dont have to type a novel. OK here we go "Impossible? Think again! with theis simple guide, you can go from zero0-point weakling to 10K points of pure Gamerscore muscle. Ready? Go! Hour 1 College hoops 2k6 - 1,000 points NBA 2k6 - 1,000 points Throw away that shame and get the obvious stuff out of the way first. Each game offers just five juicy achievements, and you can get all 10 of them in an hour. In each game, create a super plyaer, then use the sliders in the Options menu to adjust the time of the quaters, the skill of the A.I., and anything else you can do to cripple the competition. Running Total: 2,000 points Hour 2 NHL 2k6 - 1,000 Madden NFL 06 - 1,000 Same Trick, differnt sports,. Make sure you play NHL at the minimum required difficulties so you dont have to try any harder than necessary to get the prizes. IN Madden, the 30 years in Franchise Mode Achievement is the quickest you'll ear, ever - - 400 points for a simulated season. The rest of Madden's Achievements can be nailed in about two games, once again fiddling with the game's A.I. and lengths settings. HOURS 3-5 Galaga - 200 New Rally X - 200 Pac-Man - 200 Ms. Pac-ma - 200 Take a break from sports with some old0school sxploits. Thanks to Namco's continue system, you can blas through all the Achievements in each of these classics in about 45 minutes. Just keep continuing after your game ends and you can unlock almost everything in Galaga and New Rally-X. For Galaga's Perfect Round Achievement, make it the first and easiest one, stage 3; if you're having trouble getting 100,000 on New Rally-X, just start from level1 after you've gotten all the other Achievements and you should have the skills to make it happen. For the Pacs, boost your number of lives to 5 and grind it out with continues. Running Total: 4,800 points Hour 6 Uno - 200 points While you're in the Arcade, you might as well nail this one, too. Play your games online and stay focused on some of the trickier Achievements (like Bluff); youu'll get them all after an hour and when you do, you'll be halfway to your goal. Running Total: 5,000 points Hours 7-10 Open Season - 1,000 points Grabbing all the goods in Open Season will probably take just three hours, but we're assuming you're going to need to have a few cold ones before you tackle this game, so we're factoring in some drinky time. (HAHAHAHAHAHAHA -jmunney) Running Total: 6,000 points Hours 11-15 Fight Night Round 3 - 1,000 points After Open Season, you'll proably be ready to punch something. Win eight fights, get, 1,000 Gamerscore -- that's a good return (and its a good game, which is a nice bonus). Drop the difficulty to Easy and remeber to use blocking effectively. Running Total: 7,000 points Hours 16-22 Tony Hawk's American Wasteland - 900 points You can blas through the entire single-0player game in about six ho9urs, especially if you turn on the cheats (which yin this case do no invalidate Achievements). High Score runs take two minutes each, and you don't even have to play online to get the online achievements: just host a Live game, then keep switching levels until you have them all. If you want the extra100 poins, you'll need to find all the gaps -- and we don't have that kind of time. Running total: 7,900 points Hour 23 NBA Live 06 - 1,000 points Heavy Weapons - 100 points Back to the locker room. Simulatee a season with a good team like the lakers and you'll get most of these achievements. The ones that require gameplay won't take long if you turn down the difficulty and extend the quaters. Use the remaining time to enter a four-player Heavy Weapon game on Xbox Live and last 12 minutes in survival. IF you're aggressive, you can nab the Big Red Button, Supaweapon, ComSat Uplink, ****roach of Freedom, Champion of Freedom, and Massive Destruction Achievements in that one game (90 points total. For the final 10 eassy points: 1 start a sing-player game; 2 Use a second contoller to join as player 2; 3 having killed at least one enemy with eachy player, finish the first mission to earn the JOint Command Achievement. Running Total: 9,000 points Hours 24-28 Fuzion Frenzy 2 - 1,000 points Every Time you win a tournament using a different character, you snag another 50 points. Repeat six times with easy A.I. opponets (or Unmanned Controllers!) and that's a simiple 300. By that time you'll have unlocked the mini-games for another 150, and the rest are easily snared with a friend helping you rig tournaments. Running total: 10,000 points! Hours 29-30 This is pure padding time, built in to either let you catch up if something went wrong along the way or to extend yo9ur score even further. Scoop up that low-hanging fruit in Xbox Live Arcade games, chip away at some of those Guitar Hereo II co-op Achievements, go rattle King Kongg's Cage, or tool around with Pocketbike Racer for another 100 points. It's your call; your reputation is already ruined. You're officially a Gamerscore whore now!" ok, wow, so now i've finally finished typing all that and im gonna go get drunk hahah hope this helps some of you, i know some of you already have this or are just to lazy but felt compelled to share somethign this easy... Obviously I could use some gamerscore, I've only had my 360 for a few months.....l l l l l l V | ||||||

| Too bad simming Madden '06 takes more than 2 hours... Achievements are just something to do when you're bored. There's no point in buying/renting a sucky game to get points, but people do it. I have a little over 8000, but I have hard games that you never see mentioned as easy games to get achievements for... | ||||||
