halo 2.5 help

hey guys ive stumbled upon this website Halo25 Productions and i have to apply a .ppf patch (default.ppf) to default.exe how can i do this, i thought that .ppf's were only for maps. thanks in advance

yea i think i got it. i renamed it to default.map and applyed it like that but it always comes up with the "there may be somthing wrong with your disk press a to continue" error. but that might just be from the wrong folder setup or somthing

You can patch default.xbe files. You can patch anything.

Not that hard.

it might be a patch for the default.xbe i haven't seen to many ppf files that are for the default map file.

i have never heard of halo 2.5 ???

i think all it is is a modded map i dont know what the other files are for because i just played it without them

p.s. the map sucks its to dark to see anything

I have noticed that with certain maps that there are certain ones that are just two dark or just fad to black.

hey is there somthing i can edit with dothalo so i can change the brightness easily

Of coarse there is. If the default.xbe is patched, the maps will be patched.
