A good multiplayer game for my Xbox?

Any ideas for a perfect multiplayer game (Xbox), i can fire up when i have people over? It needs to be easy to play, and have a high competitive level. The only one i have right now is Burnout 3. What would be your best bet for a game where you can play 2 or more at the same time? What are your favourites?

The obvious... Halo 2 and PGR

My fav co-op games were Blinx and Halo.
Um, But a great game for the family and all, for 4 players, is Fusion Frenzy.
Its like, an arcade minigame fest with loads of really quite amuzing and fun games.

I would definately suggest, but you can get over the Live marketplace also, so meh.

I checked out Fuzion Frenzy. It looks as the perfect game for my needs. I might go ahead and buy it. As for Blinx and PGR i havent checked them out yet..

Any old racing games are always a laugh to pull out and have a go.
Jet Set Radio was an epic game, and its multiplayer is good too, especially with 4players.

I dont get how you can own a xbox and not like halo 2. it was the only reason to get the system, HALO. Theres not a doubt in my mind there wouldnt be a xbox 360 if there wasnt a halo.

Fusion frenzy is a fun game, the second one sucked though

Although its not a muliplayer game i reccomend Star wars Knights of the old republic, thats my favorite game ever.

Scene It, Rock Band, GR:AW 1-2, HALO, Call of Duty 2 has CTF. Rainbow Six 2 has co-op.

You might want to look at the XBL Arcade that has some really fun/competitive games.

I would say get Halo CE or Halo 2; Halo 2 has better online play. Other XBOX Games would be: Farcry: Instincts Possibly; Midtown Madness
