What programs do i need to mod Fable Lc

I mod halo 2 and its cool and all but i want to mod fable. im sure you can do it if you put fable on your hardrive and edit stuff from there. . . . i was just wondering if there was already programs out to help me mod fable on xbox.(NOT Fable PC)

Also if you want a quicker way to mod fable just use the action replay for xbox several hacked saves have shown up there and you can do some most disgusting things in the game.
