| If you are having trouble using your FTP program make sure that the program is added to your firewalls exceptions list or the FTP will be blocked. if you are using windows (if you are not using windows got to the firewall settings and find the exceptions list) click the little red sheild in the bottom right corner of your tool bar. then go to "windows firewall". then click the tab "exceptions" and check the FTP program (Flash FXP, 3-D FTP, Smart FTP, etc.) NOTE: If you are not using windows or if you dont have a red shield icon try going through your anti-virus program (ex: Norton) and find the firewall exceptions list. Now your FTP program is excepted by your firewall!
