mod games. lol umm i think so like are you talking getting mew 2 and mew level 99 in seconds lol becuase im sure there is something called "Action Replay" . look into that . >but i hear it messes up ur wifi play im not to sure about that claim tho

Yes You can, my R4 card has cheats on.
Though my R4 wouldnt work on dsi
