The spinning cross that he is talking about is the 10th prestige logo from modern warfare. In this game you can get it as an emblem and it spins around. It shouldn't be that confusing. I don't know how to get it but I would guess something like being a level 70 10th prestige in this game.

ye your right it is 1000 AC130 kills or 1000 chopper gunner kills i cant remember witch oen ill find out and post again
