First off, Connect your Eye-Toy into your USB port on your computer.
At the bottom it should say something to the effect of "New Driver Found, Eye Toy *SOMETHING*", That something is important father down in the tutorial, it will have either said "Logitech" or "Namtai" Just remember it.
Well we don't want to install that crap, So X out of the pop-up.
You need to go to this link and download the installer for: D-Link DSB-C310 v1.10, which is basically a camera that uses the same Chip-Set.

Then, decompress the files to somewhere you know you can find, I suggest just making a "New Folder" on the Desktop.
Open that file and it should look alot like this.
Most of that you don't need to tamper with, but you do need to open OV519.inf in NotePad.
Hit Ctrl+H and a box should open up. Under "Find what" you need to place "VID_05A9&PID_8519" (No quotes... idiots...)
and for "Replace With" you need to put:
"VID_054C&PID_0154" IF your computer recognizes your EyeToy as "Eye Toy Logitech"
OR
"VID+054C&PID_0155" IF your computer recognizes your EyeToy as "Eye Toy Namtai"
Replace All Instances.
We're Almost done!
Now hit Ctrl+F and search for: DeviceDesc="D-Link VGA Webcam" (WITH THE QUOTES!!)
Replace D-Link VGA Webcam with Eye Toy (in the quotes)>.<
Now go to File then Save.
NOTE: you should have problems saving, this is OKAY just minimize the window, find OV519.inf, right click, and change the read only Attribute so you can edit it. NOW save.
Unplug your EyeToy and re-connect it.
Now when it says installing search for the folder you put your install files on. Now go test it out on Skype or MSN, it's a full ready to use webcam! Congratulations, your now super-cool like me. ^_^
