Yeah from what i'm reading over at ipodtouchfans.com (just a reference) the new firmware has been released so me personally i shut off the check for updates automatically option off.. Because if you don't you'll be upgraded and all your apps and everything you've don't with it being jailbroken will be gone.. So me personally i'm not going to upgrade it untill all these haxor dudes fiugre out how to get past it i guess.. But yeah jsut letting you all know

Yes be sure not to update it will break your 3rd party apps. It will be hacked soon I would say 3 weeks tops.
