how to sftp to your itouch using mac

1.ok first download cyberduck Cyberduck | FTP, SFTP, WebDAV & Amazon S3 Browser for Mac OS X.
2.after you download that install it and open it up
3.then go onto your ipod and go to settings wi-fi and click the little blue dot
4. then look to see what your i.p is remember it
5. go to cyberduck and click open connection
6. click on the scroll down bar and click sftp then put in your i.p
7. next you have to put in your username - root password - alpine
8. then click connect and do what ever you want to do ^_^
