iPod Touch Movie Problems

Unanswered: iPod Touch Movie Problems
Well I have a iPod Touch and I downloaded 4 movies off of Limewire.

I tried to synch my iPod and it did but it did not download the movies to my iPod Touch.

What do I do to get my movies on to the iPod ?

when your ipod comes up on itunes, did you go to the movies tap, and click the checkbox, and click sync?

Do you have the sound files for the movies? (.MP4 normally has an extra file for each movie that gives you the sound) if you dont then it might not work at all, when i get my Itouchmyself ill look (not for about a week though)
