If you use the latest Winpwn (5 Beta) it will come with 2.0.1 Firmware. Then you can have 2.0.1 Jailbroken.

look around for Download-able firmware or Restore Normally, Tho I dont know why you would want to go back so far. especially with all the better features in 2.0.1.
