Re: .ipa

Things you need:
*Custom firmware 2.0
* Jailbroken (tutorial on how to: iPod Touch)
*OpenSSH (download link: Download OpenSSH 5.1)
*WinSCP 4.1.6 (download link: SourceForge.net: Downloading ...)
*MobileInstallation file (download and save: RapidShare: Easy Filehosting)

<*>before you do anything restart your Itouch<*>
  1. Go to WinSCP and link it to your Itouch. (For a tutorial on how to link the Itouch with WinSCP go to: How to use WinSCP to connect your iPhone/iTouch to the PC? | iPhone Crackers
  2. Then while in WinsSCP and linked to your Itouch go to root in the left screen then go down on the right screen to system>library>private frameworks>mobile installation and on the list there should be a mobile installation file go to the mobile installation file you downloaded and drag it onto the screen and copy it there and when it asks you if you want to overwrite it click ok.
  3. After it is there you right click the mobile installation and go to properties and set the search permission to 775.
  4. now go back to the folders where you went into to get to the mobile installation file and right click mobile installation framework folder and go to properties and set the search permission to 775.
  5. After you do that while still in the properties click the set group owner and permissions and then click ok.
  6. After all that is done you need to reboot your Itouch.
  7. Now minimize WinSCP and open up Itunes and hook up your itouch to your pc.
  8. While in Itunes go to applications in Itunes and now the .ipa files you want just take them and drag them over to Itunes.
  9. Then go to Ipod in Itunes and click Sync and if you did it right it will Sync the files over and you will have them on your Itouch.
  10. Restart your Itouch and have fun.
<*>For a great list of .ipa files for you Itouch or Iphone go to: http://www.mediafire.com/appstore<*>
