iTouch - Guide to Customize 2.0

Well a few people have been wondering how to install/use Customize 2.0 for the iTouch/iPhone. SO heres a guide

Requirements
Jailbroken iTouch Any Firmware.
Able to FTP to itouch
Some knowlege of what your doing.

Installing Customize 2.0
------------------------------------

Step 1: Go to Installer --> Sources --> Edit --> Add. and add this source

Step 2: Click Refresh to refresh the sources.

Step 3: Go to Install --> All Packages --> Customize 2.0. and install it

Useing Customize 2.0

There are several things you can do:
You can download themes and install them.
You can Create your own themes.
You can edit/mix themes together.

Downloading and Installing Themes
------------------------------------

Step 1: Open Customize 2.0 select Theme Browser

Step 2: There you can choose between Newest and Top 40. Theres and Xbox 360 theme which isnt half bad

Creating Your own themes
------------------------------------

Step 1: Go to Customize, a native iPhone application by The Spicy Chicken and create an account. (Not on the Forums but on the main page)

Step 2: On the right in Theme Manager choose Create Theme

Step 3: Call it what you want and hit Create New Theme

Step 4: Click "edit" beside your theme name

Step 5: Enter a brief description for your theme

Step 6: Download this package. Its a Demo pack.

Step 7: Keep all the folders and names of the files the same but edit the images in photoshop. Or paint if your lazy.

Step 8: Once done editing your theme rezip it and name it the name of your theme.

Step 9: Go back to the Batch Upload page and hit Browse. Select your theme then hit Upload Theme Achieve

Step 10: if this doesn't work go to Manage files and manually upload the images.

Step 11: Once all the files you have are in place click "My Themes" again and hit the Activate button beside your theme

Step 12: To download the actual theme go on your itouch and go to recent themes, find your theme and download and apply it.

Note: it may take a while for customize to update its listings so give it a while =]

Mixing Themes
------------------------------------

Step 1: Open Customize 2.0

Step 2: Hit "Customize Images/Sounds

Step 3: Swap the image/sounds you want to. Remember to hit Apply.
