It is in the Utilities section. Read more at Customize, a native iPhone application by The Spicy Chicken I know its beta but it works good. Also works with 1.1.3 and 1.1.4! You need to be on 1.1.3 or 1.1.4 if you are on 1.1.3 or 1.1.4 ftp to your iTouch (If you don't know how to FTP to your iTouch Mr. Acorn wrote a tutorial on how to do so). Then right click on the customize.app folder and change the permissions from 755 to 777 and click apply to subfolders/files and click recursivly. then it should work (Little tutorial by Acorn a god among men). It seems that a lot of people are having problems with Customize. I am going to make a topic in iTouch support and everyone that is having problems post in there and we will do our best to help you out.
